Because we offer free shipping, an administration fee of €7.95 will be charged when returning a product. Shipping costs for the return are at your own expense. The administration costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Please ensure that the product is returned unused and in the original packaging to qualify for the money back guarantee. We only accept the products under the right of return if the packaging and the product are returned to us in original, complete, undamaged and unused conditions. All documentation, samples, packaging materials, etc. must be included in the return shipment.
Sportgoats is never liable for any damage, theft or loss of the product or packaging during return shipment. The costs of returning the products are for you. The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with you.
